4.6L 2-valve engines, 1993–newer 4.6L 4-valve engines, and 1993–newer 5.4L 
and 6.8L V8 engines. These Ford engines are not Free Wheeling engines 
meaning that if the crankshaft is rotated during timing chain installation 
(Jumped Timing), it can cause significant damage to the Pistons and Valves 
if the cylinder heads are not removed.
